What is an ‘integration’?
An integration is a data source. So if you just want your search rankings reported, then you need just one integration. Want Facebook insights, search rankings and Google My Business reporting? Then that’s three integrations.
If I subscribe in the middle of the month, when do I get my report?
You will receive your first report the moment you sign up to a free trial and second and third reports 7 and 14 days following. If you choose to subscribe to a paid plan, your weekly reports will continue uninterrupted and on schedule, while your first monthly report will be delivered on the 3rd of each month.
Will my data be secure?
It sure will be. We take data security very seriously. Everything stored on our servers is encrypted. We also follow GDPR guidelines and industry best practices. We don’t store data used to generate your reports (those are generated on demand), and we don’t keep any identification logs on our servers. If you delete your account, all your data goes with it.
Can I have more than one website on a single plan?
Unfortunately no, not at this stage, But we’re working on it. In the meantime, email us at info@pocketinsights.io and we’ll work on some pricing discounts for multiple websites.
